Even with five postponements under its belt, the STS-127 mission is not the record holder for delayed scheduled launch dates, but it's close. Space shuttle Columbia’s STS-61C and STS-73 missions did not launch until their seventh attempts. Today is the sixth attempt for Endeavour.

スーパーカミオカンデと同じ神岡鉱山の地下1,000メートルに
建設中のエックスマス（XMASS）検出器
XMASS検出器。-100℃の液体キセノンの周りを642本の光電子増倍管が取り囲んだ60面体構造
XMASS実験は既存の実験の100倍の感度が見込まれ、発見の可能性が高いと考えられる。
ダークマターの候補となっている候補の一つは、超対称性理論で予言されるニュートラリーノという粒子です。
XMASS実験では現在、水タンクの建設が終了し、液体キセノン検出器の設計、建設を行っていて、2009年秋には完成する予定です。
神岡の地下からまた一つ新しい物理が見つかるかもしれません。

建設中のエックスマス（XMASS）検出器
XMASS検出器。-100℃の液体キセノンの周りを642本の光電子増倍管が取り囲んだ60面体構造
XMASS実験は既存の実験の100倍の感度が見込まれ、発見の可能性が高いと考えられる。
ダークマターの候補となっている候補の一つは、超対称性理論で予言されるニュートラリーノという粒子です。
XMASS実験では現在、水タンクの建設が終了し、液体キセノン検出器の設計、建設を行っていて、2009年秋には完成する予定です。
神岡の地下からまた一つ新しい物理が見つかるかもしれません。

スーパーカミオカンデと同じ神岡鉱山の地下1,000メートルに
建設中のエックスマス（XMASS）検出器
XMASS検出器。-100℃の液体キセノンの周りを642本の光電子増倍管が取り囲んだ60面体構造
XMASS実験は既存の実験の100倍の感度が見込まれ、発見の可能性が高いと考えられる。
ダークマターの候補となっている候補の一つは、超対称性理論で予言されるニュートラリーノという粒子です。
XMASS実験では現在、水タンクの建設が終了し、液体キセノン検出器の設計、建設を行っていて、2009年秋には完成する予定です。
神岡の地下からまた一つ新しい物理が見つかるかもしれません。
