自民党は２６日、参院選比例代表に擁立していた新人のドッグトレーナー、田辺久人氏（５３）の公認取り消しを発表した。
一部週刊誌が元暴力団組長との関係などを報じたのを受けた対応。
田辺氏は安倍晋三首相夫人の昭恵さんの後押しで公認候補となった。
