1 p.m. - Review of U.S. Human Space Flight Plans Committee News Conference from the National Press Club - HQC
Prior to beginning work, the Chairman also met individually
with seven members of Congress―both Senators and Representatives,
Republicans and Democrats, authorizers and
appropriators.
Members of the Committee participated in
two hearings, one in the Senate and one in the House. In addition,
many Members of Congress submitted written, oral,
and videotaped statements to the Committee, which were
subsequently posted on its website.

IBusからSCIMへの切り替えは，
$ sudo apt-get install scim-anthy scim-bridge-client-gtk scim-tomo
[システム]-[システム管理]-[言語サポート]で言語サポートを起動します。「言語サポートが完全にはインストールされていません」というダイアログが表示される場合もありますが，指示にしたがってインストールを行ってください。
終了後"Language"というダイアログが表示されたら，"Keyboard input method system"を"scim-bridge"にします。
設定としてはこれだけで，あとは一度ログアウトして再ログインすれば，使い慣れたSCIMが起動するようになります。

これまで日本語入力環境としてSCIMが使われてきたが、Ubuntu 9.10よりiBusというIMフレームワークに変更されている。
iBusはFedoraでも採用されており、UbuntuがiBusを採用したことで他のディストリビューションも今後の日本語入力環境周りに変化が起こるかもしれない。

[システム]-[システム管理]-[言語サポート]で言語サポートを起動します。「言語サポートが完全にはインストールされていません」というダイアログが表示される場合もありますが，指示にしたがってインストールを行ってください。
終了後"Language"というダイアログが表示されたら，"Keyboard input method system"を"scim-bridge"にします。
設定としてはこれだけで，あとは一度ログアウトして再ログインすれば，使い慣れたSCIMが起動するようになります。

IBusからSCIMへの切り替えは，
$ sudo apt-get install scim-anthy scim-bridge-client-gtk scim-tomo
[システム]-[システム管理]-[言語サポート]で言語サポートを起動します。「言語サポートが完全にはインストールされていません」というダイアログが表示される場合もありますが，指示にしたがってインストールを行ってください。
終了後"Language"というダイアログが表示されたら，"Keyboard input method system"を"scim-bridge"にします。
設定としてはこれだけで，あとは一度ログアウトして再ログインすれば，使い慣れたSCIMが起動するようになります。

これまで日本語入力環境としてSCIMが使われてきたが、Ubuntu 9.10よりiBusというIMフレームワークに変更されている。
iBusはFedoraでも採用されており、UbuntuがiBusを採用したことで他のディストリビューションも今後の日本語入力環境周りに変化が起こるかもしれない。
