NASA and the U.S. Space Surveillance Network are tracking the object - a 1,400-pound (635-kg) tank of toxic ammonia coolant thrown from the International Space Station - to make sure it does not endanger people on Earth. Exactly where the tank will inevitably fall is currently unknown, though it is expected to re-enter Earth's atmosphere Sunday afternoon or later that evening, NASA officials said.

PROX that will be used for the HTV (H-II Transfer Vehicle) rendezvous and berthing
ISS On-Orbit Status 10/20/08
ISS Daily Reports | Office of Space Operations

[The ICS is Japan's unique system for uplinking & downlinking data, images, and voice data between Kibo and the Mission Control Room at TKCS (Tsukuba Space Center). The ICS Rack houses the ICS-PM (Pressurized Module) subsystem that enables data communications between Kibo and TKSC through the Japanese DRTS (Data Relay Test Satellite) known as Kodama.
In addition, the ICS Rack includes the PROX that will be used for the HTV (H-II Transfer Vehicle) rendezvous and berthing.
PROX consists of a PROX antenna, a PROX-GPS antenna, PROX comm equipment and an HCP. With the exception of the PROX antenna, the PROX-GPS antenna and the HCP, the PROX is also installed in the JPM.
When the HTV approaches the ISS, the PROX antenna, which contains GPS receivers, will initiate communications with the HTV. The ISS orbital location and speed are immediately relayed to the HTV through the PROX.
At the same time, data from the HTV are relayed to the ISS. In addition, the antenna relays commands sent from the ground to the HTV.]"

Space Station Trash Plunging to Earth : 31 October
NASA and the U.S. Space Surveillance Network are tracking the object - a 1,400-pound (635-kg) tank of toxic ammonia coolant thrown from the International Space Station - to make sure it does not endanger people on Earth. Exactly where the tank will inevitably fall is currently unknown, though it is expected to re-enter Earth's atmosphere Sunday afternoon or later that evening, NASA officials said.

ISS to operate until 2025, only Russia to orbit crews by 2015 RIA Novosti - World- MOSCOW, January 30 (RIA Novosti)2007年1月の記事
" The ISS will likely remain operational until 2025, the head of the Russian spacecraft manufacturer Energia said Tuesday, adding that by 2009-2015, Russia will be the only country able to deliver crews to the station.
"No one is going to sink or drop the ISS, as all countries realize that the station is becoming a full-scale industrial facility in space. Although it is scheduled for decommissioning in 2015, its operational life could be prolonged until 2025," Nikolai Sevastyanov said."

Spider Missing Aboard ISS -FOXNews.com
"Pity the space spiders and the webs they weave.
A pair of orb weaver spiders flying aboard the International Space Station have fought a battle with weightlessness and lost.
When astronauts took a peek at the spiders' webs on Monday, they found a tangled concoction that was a far cry from the elegant symmetrical, creations of their eight-legged brethren on Earth."

What to Get Space Station on 10th Anniversary -- a Name

Parts of the space station have names:
Zarya, Kibo, Destiny, Harmony and Columbus, but the entire assembly is just the plain-old, clunky, wordy International Space Station. " ABC News:
