The addition of six new devices to the global satellite navigation system (GLONASS), developed by Russian experts, will have a great economic and military impact on the Kremlin.
GLONASS covers 90 percent of Russian territory and nearly 80 percent of other nations, according to Roscosmos Director Anatoly Perminov.
