Ali Larijani, Tehran's top nuclear negotiator, warned that Iran would start large-scale uranium enrichment at its Natanz plant and stop intrusive U.N. inspections of its facilities if reported to the Security Council.
"Natanz is ready for work. We only need to notify the IAEA that we are resuming (large-scale) enrichment. When we do that is our call. If they (report Iran to the Security Council), we will do it quickly," Larijani said.

Natanz
Teheran claims it needs the Natanz plant to expand its nuclear reactor programme, but it does not even have an expansion plan, nor does it need the extra energy. When Natanz is complete, Iran's nuclear programme would be self-sufficient since it already has a uranium ore mine at Saghand.
Arak 重水
Heavy water, made at Arak, is used as a moderator in some reactors, but this has puzzled inspectors since Iran's known reactors do not use heavy water. Heavy water reactors produce more plutonium than light water reactors such as Bushehr and can produce significant quantities for use in weapons. Iran announced after the discovery that it also planned to build a heavy water reactor at Arak.
Kalaye power plant
In June, Iran refused to let the IAEA take environmental samples at Kalaye amid suspicions that Iran had tested uranium enrichment equipment, breaking treaty obligations. A visit in August revealed "considerable modification" of the plant that would affect the IAEA's ability to take samples.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
A brief history
Cyrus the Great established the Persian Empire - the world's first - in 550 BC. More than 15 centuries later, Ghenghis Kahn led a mongol invasion. Recent times have seen civil conflict under Ayatollah Khomeini and war in the Gulf.

Ahmadinejad fired back that Bush himself was a criminal.
"Those whose arms are stained up to the elbow with the blood of other nations are now accusing us of violating human rights and freedoms. God willing, we shall drag you to trial," he said.

Tehran's top nuclear negotiator ほんとにtopかよ(笑)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A brief history
Cyrus the Great established the Persian Empire - the world's first - in 550 BC. More than 15 centuries later, Ghenghis Kahn led a mongol invasion. Recent times have seen civil conflict under Ayatollah Khomeini and war in the Gulf.
